Appointment Deposits

To confirm an appointment, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. This deposit helps secure the availability of the professional, reserve the appointment time, and allocate the necessary resources for the service requested.

Rescheduling Policy

Patients may reschedule their appointment up to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time, subject to provider availability. Rescheduling requests must be submitted through the official communication channels provided by Global Med Group or the corresponding service provider.

Late Cancellations

If a cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time, the deposit may be non-refundable. In such cases, the patient may lose the opportunity to reschedule using the same deposit.

No-Show Policy

If a patient does not attend the scheduled appointment and does not provide timely notice, the deposit may be forfeited and will not be refunded.
